Job Title: Sales and Account Manager
Reports To: Head of Depatment
Department: Exhibitions

Summary: Manages the sales & account activities of the organization by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Direct sales forecasting activities and performance goals for the team by supporting the team members to meet the expected target budget hence achieving the team target.
• Responsible for handling own individual accounts and delegating accounts to relevant team member.
• Manage and oversee major clients, to manage their expectations and meet their needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Reporting on the status of current accounts and transactions.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Would be responsible to coach and mentor subordinates.
• Monitoring the Sales Metrics and implementing plans to improve sales performance of team.
• Responsible to manage effectively a team of Sales Executives and their related performance.
• Ability to manage their own profit and loss centre.
• Ensure smooth collection of payment from individual client
• Delivers sales presentations to key clients if required in coordination with the concerned sales representative.
• Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
