Charterhouse is working with a multinational professional services company that specialises in performance improvement. Our client works closely with its customers, assessing and changing human behaviours in its organisation to achieve its desired targets and results and is looking to hire a Sales and Account Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join its team in Dubai but to cover territories across the GCC.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for presenting the companies solutions to key decision makers within targeted accounts and grow market share and sales revenue within an assigned territory that can be anywhere across the GCC. You will work autonomously in this role and have the freedom to manage your own diary and travelling schedule, however you must have business maturity to handle this responsibility. You will work with current clients as well as acquire new business and relationships, present compelling presentations and close business. This is very much a strategic and consultative sales role and would suit an individual from a learning and development or training sales background who is experienced in building relationships and partnerships with blue-chip businesses and government entities.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate, consultative sales, ideally within a professional services environment selling to blue-chip and government entities. You should be educated to Degree level and be an Arabic speaking candidate with a passport that will allow you to travel freely across the Middle East and Europe without visa difficulty. This role will include travel up to 50% of your time.
