Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Admin Secretary who is fluent in Arabic to join our vibrant team in the heart of Al Ain. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with exceptional organization skills, helping to deliver excellent customer service and operational excellence in our hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate communication between various departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for contracts, sales proposals, and other critical documentation.
- Support the sales team in planning and executing marketing events and promotional activities.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for necessary office equipment and services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
