PLEDGE Interior Design provides luxury interior design and fit-out services that exceed our clients' expectations. We are committed to delivering high-quality, custom solutions that meet our clients' unique needs and desires.
Job Overview: We are looking for a key player, a motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Officer, to join our team at PLEDGE Interior Design and Fit-Out. The successful candidate will drive sales, find new business opportunities, and manage contracts. This role involves understanding the market, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to help the company grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury interior design and fit-out sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead the negotiation and acquisition of contracts with clients.
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Serve as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and contract acquisition.
• Experience in the luxury interior design and fit-out industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of market analysis and sales strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Sales Commission: A standard rate of 0.5%
