We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Architectural Modeling and 3D Visualization division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across the architecture, real estate, development, and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow the architectural modelling and visualization portfolio and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architectural practices, developers, consultants, contractors, and real estate stakeholders.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, bids, presentations, and capability decks tailored to architectural modelling and visualization services.
- Work closely with design, modelling, and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.
- Track market trends, client needs, and competitor activity within the architectural and visualization space to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation through to contract award, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Lead commercial negotiations, close deals, and ensure profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
