We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the catering industry. Located in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE, this role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the catering Industry and have corporate client. Must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the catering industry.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track metrics, and analyze sales data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, outlining performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company and expand professional networks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the catering market and customer needs in the UAE region.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Results-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
