Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Care Associate who enjoy helping others and are passionate about providing an exceptional customer to be part of the Customer Service team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all communication and action taken delivers exceptional customer service maximizing every sales opportunity. Our Sales and Customer Care Consultants are much more than the first point of customer contact for Al Tayer they are our Brand Leaders, responsible for ensuring every interaction exceeds our customers’ expectations. We expect to provide the very highest in service in English and Arabic with our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

• Assist customers with order or return inquiries via several channels (email, telephone, chat and social)
• Communicate promptly any information to customers about their orders
• To help customers to register online and/or to process their orders
• Deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary
• To handle difficult customers with professionalism
• Liaise with the warehouse and shipping departments for any issues related to customers’ orders
• Liaise professionally with all internal departments over issues raised by customers
• Maintain a high level of service awareness at all time
• Active use of order tracker and CRM database
• To help customers with product enquiries
• Maximize sales opportunities deriving from all customer contacts
• Identify high spending or priority level customers that can be passed to the Personal Shopping team.
• To manage in store inquires seamlessly for the customer

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College education in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience. Would prefer someone with previous call center experience.
• Able to present complex information on the telephone to customers clearly and professionally
• Able to document customer interactions in writing
• Use persuasive techniques effectively to overcome objections
• Like solving practical problems presented by customers have a resilient, positive attitude
• Thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
