Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer support, guiding clients in using our innovative software system.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, presenting the features and benefits of our software.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Customer Support:
- Provide expert guidance and assistance to customers in using our software system, ensuring they fully understand its functionalities.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Client Training:
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for new users, ensuring they are confident in navigating our software.
- Develop and update training materials to keep clients informed of software updates and new features.

Data Management:
- Accurately maintain client records, documenting interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly professional individual fluent in Arabic, with excellent English reading and writing skills. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a busy environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Attributes:

Professional Communication:
- The candidate must excel in communicating with customers across various platforms, including telephone and email. Professionalism and clarity in both spoken and written communication are essential.

Sales Expertise:
- A proven track record in sales, particularly over the phone and through email correspondence, is required. The candidate should be persuasive, confident, and capable of closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Organizational Skills:
- This role demands a highly organized individual who can accurately manage filing systems, capture data precisely, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Multilingual Abilities:
- The ability to offer basic translation between Arabic and English is preferred, adding value in customer interactions and internal communications.

Experience:
- Experience in online sales is essential. Familiarity with ISO Certification processes will be considered an advantage.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
