Sales And Events Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Events Executive to join our vibrant team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and coordinating events that create memorable experiences for our clients. If you are passionate about event management and possess a knack for building relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Design event plan and assist operations team on special events and parties.
• Direct selling products and service packages to the clients.
• Manage escape games and game host in control room.
• Prepare game props and daily checklist on all the game rooms including minor technical issues.
• Support and work closely with the operations team on daily operations: rentals, add-on supplies.
• Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently & courteously.
• Answering phone calls and maintain booking procedure
• Attending all internal & External emails and replying
• Maintaining booking software.
• Reconfirming all the Paintball bookings.
• Follow up for the advance payment against the booking.
• Attending online chats in various platforms with customers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and event coordination, ideally within a hospitality or event management context.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with event management software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
