Sales and Export Manager

Job description / Role

Quest is working with a large retail distribution group in the Middle East, who is looking for a brilliant Sales and Export Manager.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a French speaking candidate with proven experience in executing sales and distribution strategies for fragrance brands in GCC, UK and Europe.

As a Sales and Export Manager, you will:

- Develop the distribution network and sales channels in the GCC, UK and Europe
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Pursue and foster strategic partnerships that will be most beneficial to the brand
- Collaborate with key internal teams/ stakeholders to ensure that growth objectives are met
- Generate territory forecasting & planning, and ensure that monthly quotas are met
- Build, lead, manage, train, and monitor distribution and sales teams

Requirements

- At least 6 years’ experience in the same role or capacity
- Proven experience in retail handling beauty / perfume brands
- Extensive network in the Middle East and Europe is essential
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing teams
- Excellent sales management, client / stakeholder management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Senior-level verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English and French
- Can start ASAP
