Sales and Leasing Consultant - Dubai

Our Client is a leading Australian real estate company that was established in 1883. They are committed to personalised service and to meeting a client’s property needs. With a strong international network of over 350 offices, the Dubai office was established in a bid to continue the tradition of providing cutting-edge services to client’s and developers in the rapidly developing metropolis of the Middle East.

From their office located in the heart of Dubai overlooking the Burj Khalifa, they provide a range of real estate services including: residential sales, commercial sales, leasing, property research, holiday homes, project and land marketing.

This is an excellent opportunity to sell and lease property in some of Dubai’s prime locations. You will get to work alongside their down to earth directors and helpful admin team be given all the tools you need to succeed in the real estate industry, with on the job training provided.

The Role
• Promote the company services & our exclusive projects
• Provide personalised service & assistance to clients
• Advise and discuss various opportunities to potential clients
• Actively source new business
• Make appointments and accompanying clients to site visits
• Negotiate with prospective buyers and sellers, and tenants

• On target earnings in year one: AED 240,000 – AED 500,000

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Cold/warm call calling experience
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is a plus
• A desire to learn and achieve
• Hunger, drive and self-motivation
• A current UAE driving license.
