Employment: Full Time

Real Estate Agents Required - Sales, Leasing and Off-Plan

Must be passionate, professional and driven to succeed.

- Performance based incentive with higher commission and bonuses
- Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers
- Establish client needs and financial ability
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a honest experience
- Up to date market knowledge and professional practices
- Perform comparative market analysis
- Display and market property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds)
- Maintain and update listings
- Develop and nurture your own network
- Knowledgeable about real estate market best practices


- Previous experience as a real estate professional
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
- Professional and trustworthy at all times
- Computer literate
- RERA Certified
- Driving Licence
