Sales and Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales and lease agreements while delivering exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced market. You will act as a vital link between property owners and tenants, ensuring smooth transactions and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential buyers and tenants through effective marketing and networking.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
- Negotiate sales and lease terms to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
- Prepare and process sales and leasing contracts in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Maintain and update property listings and client databases accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful property transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, price changes, and competitive offerings in Abu Dhabi.

- Proven experience in real estate sales and leasing, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for property viewings.
