Sales and Marketing Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Consultant with a minimum 3-6 months of experience in the UAE real estate market to join Alpha Star Properties. This role requires a candidate who is proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Property Listings: Assist in the acquisition of new property listings for sale, rental, and leasing.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current trends in the Dubai real estate market, including pricing, legal regulations, and neighborhood developments.
• Sales and Negotiations: Effectively negotiate terms between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring all transactions are smooth and beneficial for all parties.
• Viewings & Property Inspections: Arrange and conduct property viewings, offering advice and guidance to clients on the best options to meet their needs.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all legal documentation is properly completed and compliant with Dubai’s real estate regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, marketing, and admin teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-6 months of experience in the UAE real estate market is required.

Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferably in real estate systems).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Dubai Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and trends.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
• You should additionally be able to speak one or more of the following languages: Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu and Chinese.
