Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to effectively promote our products/services and expand our customer base.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:

Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.

Marketing Campaigns
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
• Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email, PPC) effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.

Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Brand Management
• Maintain and enhance brand positioning through consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and corporate objectives.

Customer Relationship Management
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Reporting and Communication
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and ROI.
• Present findings and updates to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

• Female
• UAE drivers license
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with strong leadership qualities and a customer-centric approach.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
