Sales and Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic European Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a motivated individual who will drive sales growth and enhance brand presence in the safety footwear market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, an understanding of the manufacturing sector, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and network with potential clients.

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; French/German/ Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
