Sales and Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

• Promote and sell the company’s FMCG / consumer products to retail and wholesale customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Coordinate with the accounting and logistics team for order processing and delivery.

• 2–5 years UAE experience in FMCG / Retail / Distribution sales.
• Good communication skills (English required, Hindi advantage).
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Based in UAE, ready to join immediately.
