Sales and Marketing Executive – Catering / Events
Salary: up to AED 12,000 Plus car and commissions
Location: Dubai

Our Client, originating from Italy and establishing their operations in the early seventies, has expanded into the UAE servicing clients across diverse industries.

Producing thousands of meals per day, catering to a variety of clients within Educational institutions, Hospitals, Corporate events, Parties, Health and Fitness Facilities etc.

Catering to any size or format, they pride themselves as been a leader in high quality products, freshness and health

As a result of this expansion we are seeking Sales and Marketing Executive to further develop their brand and services across the UAE market

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Actively participate in sourcing new clients in the market
• Maintain relationship with current clients
• Prepare a yearly Sales and Marketing plan, and set the departmental budget
• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns
• Assemble and analyzing sales forecasts
• Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives
• Planning and organizing promotional presentations to management team
• Updating marketing plan calendar
• Conduct comparisons of competitors’ pricing and menu items on a regular basis
• Maintain an up-to-date competitor list
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and semi-annually analysis brand sales performance versus target
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
• Ensure that all brand communications deliver a clear understanding of the value proposition to potential business partners and customers
• Plan promotional activities and coordinate with the concerned departments for implementation
• Coordinate all advertising requirements, such as photography and media schedules
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Possess a UAE driving License
• Knowledge and experience with the UAE market is essential
• Having a network of clients in the UAE is an advantage
• Ability to cope with stress and work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and to take initiative
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of English and Arabic preferred however not essential
