Sales and Marketing Executive – Online Jewellery Business
Salary 6,000 – 9000 AED Depend on experience
Job description
Sales and Customer Service with focus on GCC countries
• Handle customer online queries (social media, livechat) regarding products offering
• Take orders coming through these channels
• Assist customers with aftersales queries
• Monitor and manage the social media comments, mainly Instagram, with replies, proactive additional comments, likes…
• Be part of a team that handle these customer interactions 7 days/week
• Coordinate delivery of products in the GCC countries
Marketing campaigns
• Administration of marketing campaigns
• Preparation of marketing campaigns from an administrative aspect (not content or strategy)
• Execution and coordination of marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and analysis of success
Requirements
Skills
• Native Arabic speaking with excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Preference for women
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent practical knowledge of social media (as a user)
• Attention to details
• Good knowledge of office computers with Excel, Word, emails
• Dynamic and result oriented
• Flexible for working hours
• At ease in a startup environment with “can do” attitude
