Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for our operations in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting company products/services across the UAE. Candidates must be proactive, target-driven, and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the UAE market.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote company services and increase visibility.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up for closures.
• Manage social media and basic marketing activities when needed.
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent market knowledge of competitors, pricing, and trends.

Requirements

• Immediate joiner preferred.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Dubai market, especially Jebel Ali, is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

We are urgently looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Jebel Ali. The role requires someone who can handle client visits, generate new business opportunities, and support marketing activities to strengthen the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Malayalam and Hindi, as a large portion of our client interactions require fluency in these languages.

Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting meetings, preparing quotations, and following up for deal closures. The candidate will also assist with basic marketing tasks such as social media updates, customer follow-ups, and competitor analysis. Strong negotiation skills, confidence, and the ability to meet monthly targets are essential for this position.

Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving licence, have good knowledge of the Dubai market—especially Jebel Ali—and be able to join immediately. This is a full-time role offering a salary of 4,000 AED, along with standard UAE labour benefits.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
