Sales and Marketing Manager

A leading organisation in the UAE are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager for a site in Al Ain. This position is required to manage the marketing, media, and promotional activities relating to the organisation.

The Manager will be required to develop marketing strategies that will encompass pre-opening, opening day, and post opening periods, ensuring: media coverage, generating guest anticipation, and developing new markets for sales. Acting as the key liaison to the public, this person will be required to be the spokesperson for the Wadi Adventure.

It requires the successful candidate to be an Active and Integral Member of the Operations Management Team. All members of the Management team are to work together to strive for the highest practices in Wadi Adventure standards and ensure our guests receive the best possible service and entertainment experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree from a recognised university.
• Degree/Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications or relevant experience.
• Three to Eight years, relevant experience preferably in the Hospitality / Retail Industry.
• Working experience in marketing, sales, and special events (public relations or entertainment/music industry
• Background can be applicable substitutes).
• Previous experience working in an adventure park preferred.
• Experience with media contract negotiations, buying and budgetary guidelines.
• Experience with creative design and brand recognition.
• Familiarity with all laws pertaining to promote international and local events and activities.
