Employment: Full Time

A leading Facilities Management provider in the UAE requires a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team.

This position is responsible for developing the Strategic Sales and Marketing Plans and to ensure the plans are rolled out. Previously the specific division has only embarked on ad hoc marketing campaigns targeting only specific areas of the business. In order for the company to strengthen its reputation as the IFM leader and gain a foot hold in to the various identified business segments and geographical markets we have identified the below:

- Develop strong relationships with clients and be able to listen, understand and accurately articulate the customer’s need in to a service offering. Ensure clients demands to be satisfied.
- Develop and maintain the company prospects list
- Actively target potential customers and generate direct sales leads for the company.
- Building relationships with prospects promoting and identifying key potential opportunities to grow the company.
- Lead and motivate a sales team through set KPI’s and sales targets to increase growth of the sale of the company packages.
- To manage tender process
- Acquisition of portfolio such as Property Management (Asteco, Cluttons, Hamptons etc…); Commercial Clients (ECN, CBRE etc..); Organize and manage partnerships (Better homes, Expat Women etc..)
- Involve in upselling company products- Contact Center Management
- Involve in marketing strategies such as Manage Soft Media, Facebook Communities, Online Activities, Promotional Activities, Cross selling and information exchange .
- Review and drive new and existing promotional activities to enhance company sales.
- To have an excellent relationship with the teams ensuring delivery meets and exceeds customer requirements.
- Conduct reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account; determine types of services/products and prices/fees satisfying the clients’ needs as well as the organization’s objectives.
- Lead customer relationships operational contracts; in order to know the operational performance, levels of customer satisfaction, opportunity for contract growth.
- Lead appropriate contract extensions, renewals and expansions, working in conjunction with the Business Development and Operational Teams.
- Sets direction for their Customers contracts or area of responsibility.
- Operates independently within working parameters set by Chief Operating Officer.
- Establishes and maintains key clients and sector relationships and ensure client expectations are managed
- Build and maintain company prospect list with full contact details through the prospect list, Identifying growth opportunities and securing additional work for the company
- This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationships with clients and the operations teams.
- Job holder will also support the development and management of the community directory by building and identifying key clients/retail merchants within designated locations throughout Dubai/UAE.
- Management of the sales and marketing component and advertising space on the community directory whilst achieving maximum revenue and business growth for the business

Requirements

- Be a holder of a marketing degree or equivalent working experience.
- Shall possess necessary project and strategy experience in sales & marketing and a minimum of 4 years marketing experience and at least 2 years of that in the UAE.
- Knowledge and experience of working in and with marketing agencies and specialist media communication vehicles. (Media, PR, BTL and ATL)
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and agencies to maximise budget spend and constraints.
- Aware of the trends in the market-place and seeks to deepen knowledge of industry issues and drivers.
