We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our leisure and tourism company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel sales and marketing, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth in the tourism sector.

Hotel Sales and Marketing Experience:
• Proven track record in sales and marketing within the hotel industry.
• In-depth understanding of hotel operations, sales channels, and marketing strategies.
• Experience building and managing relationships with hotel partners and other stakeholders.

Strategic Thinker:
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.

B2B Sales Expertise:
• Experience in building and managing B2B sales routes.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with corporate clients and partners.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales and marketing team.
