The Role and Responsibilities
The Sales and Marketing Manager is accountable in accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans for the Company. Managing variety of projects related to Sales and Marketing. Solid interaction with various customers and suppliers, located either in UAE or overseas.
Sales:
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve Company sales goals.
- Provides the data to prepare up-to-date and control forecasts covering projected new-business sales.
- Analyze retail sales revenue and margin data.
- Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Determines annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each branches and regions.
- Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results
- Establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
Marketing:
- Identify, lead and manage the new product introduction process
- Analyze and defines the market for division of product growth.
- Initiates, leads and directs new products proposal.
- Establish and maintain close working relationship with critical internal departments such as Operations, Marketing and Procurement Departments.
- Develops marketing plans, sales strategies and action plan for identified targets of opportunity that clearly define objectives, goals, winning strategies and action assignments.
- Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements and follow up on those quotations presented.
- Sustains rapport with key suppliers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Customer Care Services:
- Identify, develops and maintains relationship with potential and existing customers by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting directly via telephone.
- Delivers sales presentations to key customers in coordination with sales representatives.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Providing support and training as and when required by customers.
- Communicate prices, terms or conditions of sales programs with customers.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Requirements
The Candidate
- The incumbent must have 3 to 5 years of work experience in Cosmetic & Beauty Industry Products.
- Articulate, has good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with executive and senior managers.
