Employment: Full Time

Salary: up to AED 16,000 based on experience

Our Client, a Group of companies, is a progressive organization and one of the leaders in the energy sector in the MENA region, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates with a presence in over 22 countries across the globe.

Established in the 70s, they are greatly responsible for the growth of the UAE in terms of trade and development and global interest in the market.

They continuously diversify into other industry sectors, which are their strength, and now have a requirement for their enterprise company in the Food and Beverage sector.

As a result of this expansion we are seeking Sales and Marketing to develop their Arabic inspired Coffee shop brand

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Prepare the yearly Sales and Marketing plan, and set the departmental budget
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns
- Assembling and analyzing sales forecasts
- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives
- Planning and organizing promotional presentations to management team
- Updating marketing plan calendar
- Conduct comparisons of competitors’ pricing and menu items on a regular basis
- Maintain an up-to-date competitor list
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and semi-annually analysis brand sales performance versus target
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
- Ensure that all brand communications deliver a clear understanding of the value proposition to potential business partners and customers
- Plan promotional activities and coordinate with the concerned departments for implementation
- Coordinate all advertising requirements, such as photography and media schedules
- Introduce and prepare all promotional and collateral materials to be in-line with the corporate image
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with branding agency; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
- Regularly updating competition analysis report by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent, master’s degree is a plus
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Ability to cope with stress and work under pressure
- Ability to manage cost control information and systems
- Ability to work independently and to take initiative
- Constantly seeking to improve know how
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Good command of English and Arabic (both oral and written)
