Job description / Role
Client is a leading facilities management provider based in Dubai - are looking to appoint a new Sales and Marketing Manager to join the team. The candidate must have a background and or knowledge on the operational side of facilities management to have a firm understanding of the services they are selling. Managing a large team of salespeople, you will work across all aspects of facilities management as well as landscaping, cleaning, general maintenance and pest control.
Requirements
- At least 5 years UAE experience in a sales/operations role within facilities management
- Operational experience of how a facilities management company works
- Strong network of relevant clients/contacts to hit the ground running
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving set targets
- Any nationality, salary up to AED 30,000
