Position Title: Sales & Membership Executive

Salary: up to 6,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A top-tier Hospitality & Leisure Group rooted in Dubai, known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service.

Job Description:
-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales targets by selling premium membership packages to prospective clients.
-Conduct tours of the club premises, present all products and services available to clients, and showcase the unique facilities and benefits the company has to offer.
-Update and monitor the CRM system to maintain a current and comprehensive list of leads, enabling effective tracking and identification of potential prospects.

Qualifications:
-Open to Arabic, CIS & European nationals within 25-38 years old
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field with minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-Preferably in fitness, hospitality, or luxury services

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 6,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
