Position Title: Sales and Operations Manager

About the Client:
An international group of high-end restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

-Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of F&B outlets, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
-Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
-Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring service delivery and resolving any complaints or issues.
-Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Qualifications:
-Open to European nationalities
-Female, 35 years old and below
-Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and operations management in F&B industry.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or any related field.

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
