Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Position Name: “Commercial Manager”/"Sales & Operations Manager. Main functions that s/he will be leading are sales, marketing, logistic, CRM and business development.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working at similar position in fresh fruit market. Minimum 5 years of total experience is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in related academic fields
• Home Office working availability located in UAE.
• Advance English and Arabic language skills
• Build relationships with clients to establish new contracts.
• Will guide the management to help selecting proper traders in order to make right contracts in terms of legal perspectives.
• After sales & export follow-up management,
• Customer relations management,
• Develop new customers, sales channels and fresh fruit market in mainly India and Middle East and North Africa region.
• Develop risk assessments and pricing structures for products to work toward commercial efforts. Financial planning and budgeting is an important aspect of this job.
• Has skills and experiences to manage risks in the market, s/he will be very keen on what happens in the market and update to the management regarding reflects/results in the market immediately.
• S/he is responsible for overseeing suppliers and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met. If issues arise with contractors, s/he works with them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible so as not to affect the schedule.
• Problem solver in any case of customs clearance issues and product quality tests and acceptance.
• People/customer relation is very key component that s/he will be taken into account.
• Will be open to grow together with the business and develop his/her career simultaneously.
• Can-do approach in complex market practices
• Has deep knowledge concerning product portfolio management and able to implement customer segmentation appropriately.
• Potentially has related abilities and leadership skills to manage team in future. (We intend to establish an organization and legal entity according to our financial growth in the business)
• Develop strategic plans to encourage business growth, use analytics to create action plans that are based on data and statistics, and interpret results against those targets with the approval from Export Manager

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelors
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 4 to 5 yrs experience in Fresh Fruits Industry
• Specialist knowledge: Sales, Business Developmental and CRM
• Age Range: NA

• Language Fluency: Fluent English and Arabic would be advantage.
