We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our operations team. Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in daily tasks and activities to meet targets and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer databases.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Support in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Help in the development and implementation of sales strategies to expand our customer base.
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A degree in business, logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry are a plus.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
