Job description / Role
Sales Assistant up to 3.5k Aed for a Luxury Home Store Based in Abu Dhabi
• Responsible in greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
Requirements
• POSITION: Sales Assistant
• SALARY: up to 3,500 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Luxury Homes Store
• LOCATION: Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to FILIPINO nationality
• Female, 25-32 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant certification
• At least 1 year UAE experience ideally in home décor, furniture and etc.
• Knowledge in transacting cash & card payment
• Knowledge in basic merchandising and stock control
• Strong analytical skill aligned with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
• Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Good command over English (Writing and Speaking)
