Sales Assistant (Russian Speaker)

Job description / Role

Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site)
We are looking for a Sales Assistant who will work with customers and sell performance auto parts, spare parts, and components for tuning and motorsport.

Only candidates currently based in Dubai or nearby emirates (within commuting distance) will be considered.
Fluent Russian and English are required.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Format: Office-based

Our vacancy is ideal for energetic, customer-oriented professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment and handling day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with B2B and B2C clients (inbound & outbound)
• Assist in preparing quotations and following up with customers
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams regarding order status
• Support day-to-day sales activities and client communication

• Fluent English and Russian

• Experience in auto tuning, motorsport, or performance automotive parts
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace sales
