About The Brand

It’s a Parisian fine chocolate house, celebrated for its artisanal craftsmanship, natural ingredients, and refined gifting culture. Our boutique represents the pinnacle of luxury confectionery, delivering bespoke experiences to a discerning international clientele.
We are seeking a Sales Associate who embodies elegance, passion for luxury retail, and a genuine talent for client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience aligned with the Brand’s luxury standards
• Actively engage clients through storytelling, product knowledge, and refined sales techniques
• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique targets
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and contribute to CRM initiatives
• Present products impeccably, ensuring displays meet visual merchandising guidelines
• Handle products with care, respecting quality, hygiene, and brand image standards
• Support daily boutique operations including stock handling, replenishment, and cash management
• Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail at all times
• Advise clients on customized chocolate boxes, bespoke assortments, and premium gift selections
• Ensure accuracy in order details, timelines, and special requests while maintaining brand presentation standards
• Assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups for corporate clients

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium F&B, chocolates, or hospitality is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident, polished, and customer-centric personality
• Passion for luxury products, gifting culture, and artisanal craftsmanship
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell naturally
• Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Preferably we are seeking for Chinese, Russian or Arabic Speakers.
