Job description / Role
Objectives: Sales Associate primarily reports to Assistant Shop Manager and are expected to perform exceptional customer interaction activities that boost sales, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting to: Assistant Shop Manager
Other interactions: Back Office
Responsibilities: Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service, process cash and card payments, maintains high standard of visual merchandising, Keeps the store tidy and secure, Stock knowledge, builds and maintains customer relationship/customer database and others.
Duration: Permanent position
Desired start date: December 2016

Requirements
- High School Certificate of equivalent
- 2 years experience in retail or training
Specialist knowledge:
- Basic Customer service and sales principle, administration skills, point of sale, stock count and others.
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Leadership ability, Communication skills, Sales skills
Age Range: 23-35 years old
Nationality Preference: Any
Gender Preference: MALE
Language Fluency: English, arabic not necessary
