Sales Associate (Real Estate)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our esteemed real estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a vital role in connecting clients with their ideal properties, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels to generate leads.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on available properties, market trends, and financing options.
- Conduct property viewings and accompany clients to showcase properties that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients throughout the sales process ensuring smooth transactions.
- Maintain and update the customer database to manage relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest real estate market developments and legal regulations in Dubai.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Preferably Russian or Arabic Speaker
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed in the Dubai real estate market and local regulations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
