Job description / Role
We are looking to recruit a Sales Associate to work in our Flagship boutique, Kids Fashion at Nakheel Mall Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
The main role is to sell and to manage the boutique in all its aspects:
• Assist the customer; convert walk-ins into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Knowledge of sales techniques / KPI
• Understanding the needs of the customers; provide an excellent service; offer personalization on some items, free delivery
• Cashier / POS transactions
• Communicate with customers to send promotional information; distribute vouchers
• Stock management; inventory; replenishment; stock transfer
• Merchandising; window animations; keep the boutique clean and tidy at all times, fully merchandised
• Handling online orders; customer orders
• Coordination with the office on daily basis, communicating various requests, issues if any.
Requirements
• Retail experience required in Kids Fashion/Fashion/Fashion Accessories
• Team Player; independent
• Determined / passionate / dynamic
• Good communication skills
• Good sales techniques and understanding of KPI
