Job description / Role
Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, or products.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions.
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Maintain strong communication with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
• Develop strategies for lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and attending industry events.
• Convert leads into sales by negotiating and closing deals.
Market Research & Strategy Development:
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and customer needs.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies, including pricing models, product improvements, or service expansions.
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of efforts.
• Provide input for marketing campaigns that target potential business leads.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partners.
• Ensure deals are in line with company goals and deliver mutual value.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing,product development) to execute growth strategies.
• Mentor junior sales or business development staff.
Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years in a fit-out or interior company in the UAE.
• Required UAE Driving license
• Industry Experience: Interior Fit-out
• Working days per week: 5/6(Flexible) Days
• Working hours per day: 8 Hours
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
