Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives:
- Analyzing sales performance by product and market and quantifying principal effects and contributions
- Issuing quality reports with actionable analyses and recommendations for management
- Improving the quality and accuracy of the reports and dashboards
- Performing competitive intelligence assessments and market share surveys
- Contributing to scenario planning and elaboration of business plans

Main responsibilities: Sales and Marketing Analysis
- Tracks sales by region, channel, product type and provides monthly, quarterly reports.
- Ensures availability standardized reports to meet the needs of field sales managers and others
- Produces variance analysis, flux analysis, price/volume analysis on sales and profits
- Analyses sales and profitability impact.
- Assesses risk and compares to competitor prices
- Consolidates opportunities portfolio, new business signatures or losses
- Quantifies and communicates results to sales management with recommended corrective actions
- Interfaces with finance, IT, business development managers, and others as required, to access and understand data and turn data into actionable information
- Ensures sales analysis and reports consistence with Operations Control reports and Group referential On-demand Sales and Marketing analyses and reports
- Analyzes specific customer account performance
- Compares the actual value of an account to other accounts to understand issues
- Identifies which accounts are adversely affecting company results, positively or negatively
- Monitors & reports on sales and profits evolution
- Performs pricing analyzes and assists Marketing in developing pricing strategies
- Provides and monitors price increase simulations
- Prepares ad hoc analyzes (actual vs. planned, impact of programs, business development portfolio) KPIs, Dashboard reporting tools enhancement
- Assists in the implementation of reporting systems for both Sales and Marketing and works with Operations Controller
- Manages a process to pull this information from Sales Management System to produce the reports
- Ensures that all reports are standardized and reliable

Competitive Intelligence
- Perform comprehensive market share surveys by country, by market and by product
- Continuously monitor BAG and LCO2 capacities (start-up/shutdowns/available capacities)
- Develop and maintain ID cards by competitors including main capabilities and SWOTs Strategic Studies
- Contribute to the elaboration of strategic plans updates thereof
- Perform P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet simulations
- Contribute to business planning exercises (investment projects)
- Contribute to company valorization (financial projects)

Requirements

- Masters of Economy/Business or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in Financial or Market analysis
- Data analysis and programming skills, including MS Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic Knowledge on Project Management
