Sales Channel Manager - Luxury Property

Charterhouse are working with an internationally recognised luxury hotel chain, whom are seeking an experienced sales professional to sell their luxury property portfolio in South East Asia, to high-net worth individuals or significant corporations located in the GCC and MENA region. This newly created role will be part of our clients growing start-up office, here in Dubai.

The Sales Channel Manager will look to develop and nurture sales channels to maximize revenue opportunities for the group’s luxury properties in South East Asia, by networking and establishing business partnerships, coordinating and attending roadshows, events, and developing other platforms or sources of promotion to potential and target markets.

This senior role will require the incumbent to identify and engage with high-network individuals or large corporations to sign up and maintain ongoing relationships.

In conjunction, the role will introduce channel partners to product offerings by coordinating with marketing to ensure all available and up-to-date sales tools are available to the partners.

The Sales Chanel Manager will keep in regular contact and meet with channel partners and internal business units to identify new opportunities or resolve any queries. You will achieve this by establishing sales and revenue targets, reporting on KPI’s of channel partners to the Group Sales Director.


Our client is in search of an experienced sales professional, whom has a successful track-record of selling luxury properties or international real estate to high-net worth individuals or large corporations. The successful candidate will have a strong network within the GCC region and be able to devise and execute sales strategies, to sign up new partners.

Knowledge and understanding of International Real Estate market trends is essential for this role, combined with an ability to meet sales target and forecast future deals.

This remote working role will require the incumbent to be self-motivated, driven and have a pro-active attitude towards achieving internal target and KPI’s.
