Job description / Role
• Lead Generation: Independently source and generate leads through various channels, identifying potential clients.
• Client Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the decision-making process.
• Closing Deals: Apply persuasive sales techniques to close deals successfully and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed on Citizenship & Residency by Investment programs and real estate opportunities, offering accurate and up-to-date advice.
• Professional Representation: Represent Imperial Citizenship with professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or client advisory roles, preferably in investment, real estate, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of Citizenship & Residency by Investment programs is an advantage but not required.
• Possesses a natural ability to close deals with confidence and ease.
