It’s a great opportunity to be part of the fastest growing organization. As a Sales Consultant join us to promote and sell Business Center space for Austria Business Centres. Develop and Build Network with Potential Clients.

Requirements

- Use portals to advertise Business Center
- Network with potential clients
- Telephone sales
- Face to face sales
- Assess potential clients needs
- Show clients office space and available options
- Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
- Liaise with PRO on legal agreements
- Collect deposits
- Deal with renewals

Essential Requirements:
- Sales Experience minimum of 2 years
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and a pleasant manner
- Able to network effectively on his own
- Naturally motivated to achieve – target-driven
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of the local area

Desirable Skills:
- A strong desire for excellence with keen analytical and problem solving abilities
- An enthusiastic approach, with a “can do” and hands-on attitude
- Comfortable in handling tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Strong intellect and clear evidence of energy and drive
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
