Job description / Role

- Meet potential clients Face to face, understand their needs, help and advise them to make their decision.
- Quick analyze for walk-ins’ personalities. Identify ways to approach them and close short term or long term contracts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients to generate more future repeated business sales opportunities.
- Advise customers and respond promptly to their inquiries to maintain high rates of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolves customer complaints by providing alternative solution in a high professional manner.
- Serve as a service expert and be a go-to source for customers who want to learn more about our products.


- Fluency in English.
- Proven experience in selling services.
- Ability to multi-task and engage people in fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to adapt with new software and technologies.
