Job purpose & Scope:
To continuously maximize B2B & project sales revenue by enhancing sales through new markets, clients and achieving sales targets. To provide inputs for the annual sales strategy, and help accomplish the strategy for a sustainable business.
Selling office furniture and Hospitality furniture solutions to a mix of industries throughout the Middle East.
• Explore new markets and deliver product and services for continued sustainable growth.
• To identify opportunities by studying customer requirements; obtained by through market research.
• Generating business through sales lead, and converting prospective customers to potential & confirmed accounts for the company.
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments and understanding account requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Involve in Strategy planning for successful launch of new products in the market.
• Ensure the total end to end sales cycle of every account.
• To provide monthly sales plans and project reports to Manager.
• Collect job completion certificate from client and follow up for timely collection of payment.
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions and events.
Previous UAE and GCC B2B & project basis sales experience in office, hospitality & commercial furniture is required.
• Bachelors Degree from a reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar industry in a local or multinational/ Multicultural environment.
• Should Demonstrate Sufficient Market and Product Knowledge.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office package.
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and decision making skills.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English with Arabic as an added advantage.
