Job description / Role
The Sales Consultant will promote products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for:
- Prospecting leads/ cold calling new clients to pitch the product or service
- Setting and conducting virtual and face to face meetings with new prospects
- Establishing new business connections
- Selling our products and services in the best light possible
- Negotiating contracts with new business clients
- Ensuring and maintaining healthy existing client relationships
- Working towards weekly, monthly and annual targets
- Sales reporting and reviewing performance
- Seeking new opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media
The successful Consultant will have ample opportunity to grow his/her role within the business taking on more responsibility as they career progresses within.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following attributes in ordered to be considered for the role.
- Highly self motivated and target driven individual
- Excellent proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking
- Excellent computer literacy skills (knowledge of MS office & Excel)
- Experience in using CRM systems
- Minimum 1 years experience in a sales environment preferably in Real estate, Telesales and Business Development
- Excellent negotiation skills and persuasive skills for the purpose of closing deals
- Good networking skills and able to think on his/her own feet
- Able to work under pressure in a high target driven environment
The successful candidates sole focus will be new business development and closing deals, the successful candidate must require all of the skills above to be considered for this role.
