Job description / Role
• Consult with warm leads about the best ways to meet their business/personal needs and aim to close sales.
• Utilize phone calls, emails, in-person visits and other methods to reach potential customers and build strong relationships with them.
• Conduct presentations to demonstrate to possible clients the benefits of our services could have for them.
• Maintain relationships with current clients to generate more repeat business and maintain high rates of customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals monthly and quarterly for target geographical area.
• Serve as an expert in our service offerings and be a go-to source for customers who want to learn more about our service.
• Travelling back and forth to Africa as part the of target area
• With Banking or Insurance Background are welcome
• Strong negotiating and selling skills
• Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs
• Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel
• Excellent presentation skills
• Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently
• Willing to Travel
