Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Achieve sales targets set by the company and find prospective customers and new target segments
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
• Maintain regular contact with all registered agencies
• Communicate and meet with clients inside and outside the office by scheduling meetings to understand their property requirements and financial standing
• Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale
• Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities
• Ensures all documents are properly approved , documented and tracked by sales policy and process.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing department and provides feedback to the Marketing team.


• Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience (Mid- Senior)
• Proven track record in sales (High-End Luxury Products)
• Excellent English and Russian communication skills.
• UAE Driver’s License/ Car is mandatory.
• Ability to Network, work autonomously and sell effectively.
• Strong Negotiation/Communication Skills.
• Well-spoken and Groomed/ Presentable.
• Motivated and hungry for success.
• Positive attitude/ Confident.
