Sales Consultant

Job description / Role

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Salary: up to 8k AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and European nationalities
- Male, 30 years old and below
- Atleast 3 years of experience in Real Estate brokerage and leasing in UAE
- With Valid UAE driving license, valid RERA Brokerage card & good knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a MUST
- A good inventory of deals closed in 2022

Salary:
AED 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
