ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind connecting car enthusiasts with their dream vehicles. Your passion for automobiles will shine as you guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiries to exhilarating test drives and seamless transactions. In this role, you'll not only be a product expert but also a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships and ensuring that every client leaves with a smile and a set of keys to their new adventure on wheels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets with a focus on maximizing business profitability.
- Work strategically to facilitate deal closures.
- Sales Volume: Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards for his/her area of operation, which improves and maintains company and brand image and prestige.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve or exceed company objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
- Improvement and Upgrading: Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially product range, features, general automotive industry, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques and customer handling skills which in-turn enhance performance considerably.
- Offer test drives and articulate warranties and services to enhance customer understanding.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
- Proactively contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within the designated territory.
- Attending all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses to stay updated on new products.

Requirements:

- Experience: Over 3 years of proven success in a sales role - Automotive sales background is a plus.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with PC proficiency.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to satisfaction.
- Communication and Influencing: Effective communicator with strong influencing skills.
- UAE Driving license is required.
