Job description / Role
We are looking for a driven and confident Student Enrollment Advisor with a passion for wellness and a strong sales mindset. In this role, you will take the lead in converting qualified leads into enrolled students by confidently engaging in phone conversations, identifying client needs, and matching them with the right program. You must be goal-oriented, results-focused, and committed to delivering an exceptional, human-centered experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up calls with warm leads generated from our campaigns, events, and website inquiries
- Actively listen and identify the prospective student’s goals and challenges
- Clearly present course options, pricing, accreditations, and value proposition
- Manage objections with confidence, clarity, and care
- Guide leads to make informed enrollment decisions and close the sale
- Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records and task management within the CRM system (e.g., ActiveCampaign)
- Collaborate closely with the admissions and marketing team for campaign alignment
Requirements:
2+ years in sales, admissions, or telesales (education or wellness sector preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent phone communication and follow-up skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM tools and working in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in holistic wellness and personal development
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
