Overview of the role
We are looking for a results-driven commercial vehicles sales representative for our HINO Trucks Division to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering complete solutions to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to contribute to our revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction in a highly competitive market.
What you will do
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual truck sales targets.
- Maximize profitability through careful negotiation and strategic use of discounts.
- Contact potential and existing customers in the assigned territory to present product offerings.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Match customer requirements with available HINO truck models and services.
- Demonstrate truck features and benefits, including warranties and service packages.
- Process sales orders, secure customer deposits, and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and excellent service.
- Attend regular sales meetings, refresher courses, and product training.
- Complete all necessary reporting for sales management.
- Ensure overdue payments do not exceed agreed limits.
Required skills to be successful
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales (preferably HINO or similar).
- Strong track record in selling medium and heavy-duty trucks in the UAE market.
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the UAE commercial vehicle market, particularly Dubai.
- Strong customer service orientation and field relationship-building capabilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
About the team
You'll be joining a dynamic and target-driven sales team dedicated to expanding the HINO brand in the UAE. The team works closely with service, marketing, and product management to ensure a 360-degree customer experience and continuously drives market share growth through collaboration and innovation.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a similar sales role.
- Mandatory sales experience in medium and heavy-duty trucks in the UAE.
- Deep market knowledge of the UAE's commercial vehicles industry.
- A strong professional network within the logistics, construction, or transportation sectors.
- A passion for trucks, mobility solutions, and customer success.
- Prior experience handling both individual and fleet sales is a strong advantage.
